We are great fans of Arnaldo's Holy Freedom designs and have worked with him now for a number of years, so we were excited when he told us he was launching a collection of leather motorcycle jackets.
Like everything from Holy Freedom they are uniquely designed, with their funky signature designs. The collection includes 4 pocket trial master esque mid length leather jackets, and a short vintage racing style leather jacket all in varying colours, all vintage aged.
The Quattro is a leather 4 pocket trial master style jacket for motorcycle use. Made from premium cowhide, with a special three process treatment for the aged look, finished with unique Holy Freedom design patches. It comes complete with CE armour to the shoulder, elbow, and a back protector. Designed for all seasons, with a removable, and reversible gilet, the signature Holy Freedom checks on one side and black the other..
The jacket is reassuring comfortable, and designed to provide maximum comfort for all day riding.
For sizing review the size chart for your measurements, but if wearing with the gilet you will need to size up one from normal.

Can’t stop telling my family and Friends about my Holy Freedom Quattro jacket. Online assistance was fantastic! The jacket arrived in 4 days. Size is spot on. I’m 5”11 and 176 pounds and I ordered size Large. Have worn the jacket three in cooler weather and it keeps me warm. Would like to send a shout out to Salt Flats. Zoom zoom
Early days for me and the Quattro, but its a statement piece for the price of a regular leather. Detailing is excellent, design VERY well thought out, and I love the inner lining that you can remove, plus the CE armour. I have a Dianese of this quality, (the Harrison), and that was £525 six years ago. I present shows, so I need ‘loud’, this is that. Uber cool retro ‘vibe’. Look forward to using on the bike in 2021 - IF the govt. are bought to justice and forced to let us out … ☠️
Looks good, fits well, keeps me warm in typical spring/autumn weather conditions and is equipped with good protectors. I’ve got one of the last make with the red silk-lining. The actual version of this jacket has slightly different features.
Ok lets start off with the negative/s! Fit, I'm a slim 42 chest, I don't know what the model is wearing but I think it is this jacket without the liner and he has chosen a very fitted version of this jacket, ie: it wouldn't fit him if it had the liner in it, I don't think he has the pads in either. With the liner in it doesn't look the same as it does on this model and there is just no way to avoid this if you want to be warm on your bike and have protection then it will not look like the picture with the model and I just want to get that out of the way. I am 50 years old, 6' tall, 12.5 stone (80kg) with a 42" chest, the jacket I purchased is an XL. I am extremely fit, and the only reason I mention this is that I have no fat on my body and I am an athletic in shape, I have a 34" waist and board shoulders (well most jeans sit on the hips these days). This jacket fits well on the shoulders but not so well on the waist for me, I have tried pulling in the draw string around the waist but it doesn't want to come in any further. So with that said what do I think of the jacket, well I could have ordered a size down, taken out the liner and the padding and it would maybe look something like the jacket the model is wearing but I ride a motorbike and I take the protection and warmth seriously so that is not an option. I am very happy with the jacket, it's extremely well made, my wife is a professional seamstress (she has made wedding dresses and even leather jackets) and said the quality and stitching is the best it gets and I agree. I bought the jacket on sale in the UK (I know it is available in Germany and Italy for a lot less but import fees would kick in) I think the price was very good. I have come to terms with the fit, everyone who has seen it says it looks fantastic and it does, I just wish they had been more honest with the photos because I would have still purchased it but at least I would have not been disapointed, it's my fault as I have not purchased a lot of motorcycle gear, the stuff I buy lasts so I haven't needed to. I would just like to add, the only reason i got the right size was because the service at Saltflats is above and beyond, responding fast to me questions and being extremely helpful and honest.
I bought this as I didn't want a standard looking "biker jacket". Sadly for me I am very much a V shape and as this is an Italian made garment, it came up too tight around the shoulders although spot on for the waist, if I would have gone up a size or two, the thing would have finished up looking like I was wearing a sack. I would still recommend the quality and product range, unfortunately their fit is just not for me. I am 5"7 with 43 inch shoulder and 30 waste, I bought a large which I think would suit a 42" just fine, although to be fair they probably won't fit someone that enjoys a fry up. Salt Flats were very good over email although be aware they appear to use a call centre who I found lacking. The refund process was very smooth so thumbs up.
