Here at Salt Flats Clothing we like to make things easy! So if you are not entirely satisfied with your order; if its the wrong size, wrong fit or we have simply made a shipping mistake, this is the page to get it sorted!
For returns where we have made the error with shipping the wrong or even faulty product we will pick up the return shipping fees.
If you have ordered the wrong size or just decide the item is no longer for you, you are more than welcome to send the goods back to us.
In either case just make sure the goods are sent back in the same condition they arrived with the tags and labels in tacked, and with all the original packaging.

In the first 14 days from order we will offer a full refund or exchange. Within 30 days we will exchange for a credit against future purchases.
To request a return please enter the email address used to order and the order number sent on the confirmation email in the boxes below. Once approved you will be sent an RMA number, package up your item, clearly state the RMA number on the package, address it and return it to us. Upon receipt of the item, your exchange, refund or credit will be processed with in 48 hours, or sooner. If we are exchanging the item you will be notified of the estimated delivery time for the replacement item.
